• Advent Fast is beginning – The fast can remind us of Jesus’s fast and temptation.
• Make an Advent calendar with Christian pictures behind the windows. Open a door each day during Advent. How many windows do you need for an Orthodox calendar?
• Make a “Jesse Tree” – hang a picture or ornament or symbol for various ancestors of Jesus from the Old Testament on it each day and reread the story.
• Make an Advent wreath with 6 candles.
