• Prepare for the blessing of your home with water.
• Your child can help prepare by making sure his room is tidy and the light is on.
• Let your child help prepare the bowl, candle, icon for the priest.
• Role play the sequence the priest will follow in the home.

• Read the story at bedtime each night.
